A Sample Annotated Bibliography Card

Note the important information included on the card:

1) the correct bibliographical format for the type of work

2) brief annotations identifying key content (sufficient to distinguish the content of this card from any other)

3) a number ("1," "2," or "3") indicating the probable value of the work for the research project (" 1 " being the weakest, "3 " being the strongest)

4) the number of the source in your 25-item selected bibliography
