Participants in the July 2008 workshops have developed instructional and research projects based upon themes and topics addressed in the National Endowment for the Humanities-funded program, "Landmarks of American History and Culture."  This NEH initiative emphasizes the role and influence of places in the American scene where significant events have occurred and where important features exist or have transpired that have come to inspire and define the American character.

Each participant has provided a biography and project profile that can and will be updated as work-in-progress reaches final presentation mode.
